    Hey,

    I’m from germany and tried to register at BMAR.
    But it won’t send me the confirmation email.
    PW-recovery also does not work.

    I will be in Portugal in 2 Weeks and would like to have a license for spearfishing.

    Any help is much appreciated. :-/
